Fewer Payment made emails#130

I suggest that investors can set a filter on when we recive notification of payments and hence wallet credits. eg. Not much point in logging on to find a minor payment and small wallet ballance. When the wallet reches a value decided by the investor, eg 100 euros, then an email notification is sent.
