Auto repayment transfer#171

N

I would suggest that you would give me an alternative to let the money stay in the wallet for 30 (witch I belive you have to) 60 or 90 days. As it is for now the repayment is faster than I can reinvest, and I would like keep doing the reinvestment by myself (not have them in auto-mode).

Would indeed be nice but as this is a Swedish company they have to follow the swedish lawes. As Trine is registered as an investment organisation and not a bank they are not allowed to hold our money longer then 30 days. So as long as long as Trine won’t register as a bank whish would reguier quite a lot of extra work for them or the Swedich finance department changes there laws we will just have to accept how it’s.

Hi Niklas,

Thank you for your message and for sharing your suggestion. I understand why you would prefer more flexibility, particularly if repayments are coming in faster than you are able to reinvest manually.

As Trine is a registered payment institution under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, we are not permitted to hold cash in your account over time. Due to these regulatory obligations, investor funds cannot remain in your account for more than 30 days. This is why it is mandatory to select how you would like your repayments to be handled, either through automatic withdrawals to your bank account or automatic reinvestments according to your chosen investment criteria.

With the automatic reinvestment option, you can set a schedule that allows up to 30 days to decide on a new investment. You can update this setting here: https://trine.com/monthly.

I hope this helps to clarify.

Best,

Liz
