Show defaulted loans in a summary#83

I would like to have an overview over the loans I’ve invested in that have failed and didn’t get fully payed back. To compare with the interest earned and in the long run compare Trine to other investments.

We have just created a XIRR function for all loans which is being tested. I am hoping we will be able to implement the same function to investors dahsboards in the future so it is personalized.
