Invest also in rich countries, in EU?#22

As a way of finding new projects to invest in - have you considered investing in Sweden, Nordic region & EU?
There is still lack of speed in the development of Solar PV power in our own country/countries.
Maybe lending money to home-owners or small business owners would make them invest in solar power?
